About Zest Dance

We started as one Little Lemons toddler class in Kenilworth in 2018. Today we're a family of four schools, 185+ students, and a team of twelve qualified dance teachers, all united by the belief that dance should be joyful, inclusive, and properly taught.

Our Story

Zest Dance began in September 2018 with a single idea: that every child deserves access to dance that is properly taught, genuinely nurturing, and genuinely fun. Frankie Young launched the first Little Lemons class in Kenilworth with a handful of toddlers and a very strong conviction about what a dance school should be.

Growth came quickly, not through flashy marketing, but through word of mouth and the kind of reputation that builds when students actually love what they do. Stratford-upon-Avon followed in 2021, then Evesham in 2023, and New Milton (now led by Miss Ciara) in 2024.

Through all of it: 100% IDTA exam pass rate, every year, every session. Annual shows that fill venues. Competition teams that win. And a lot of very happy children who can't wait to come back next week.

What We Stand For

Every child is seen

We know every student by name. Our teachers celebrate milestones, notice when someone is having a hard day, and make sure no child is ever just a number in a class list.

Proper teaching, proper exams

We follow the IDTA syllabus and take exams seriously. Our 100% pass rate isn't luck; it's the result of structured teaching, attentive teachers, and students who are genuinely prepared.

Performance for everyone

Annual shows with the whole school on stage. Every student, from the youngest Little Lemon to our senior dancers, takes their bow. No one is left in the wings.

Joy above all else

Dance is joyful. Our classes are structured and professional, but they are always, fundamentally, fun. We want students to leave every class feeling happier than when they arrived.

Meet the Team

Qualified, passionate, and genuinely invested in every student.
