Acrobatic Arts: Safe by Design
Acrobatic Arts is a globally-recognised syllabus built around progressive, age-appropriate skills. Every Zest Dance acro teacher is Acrobatic Arts-certified, which means your child learns tumbling, balances, and partner work with the right prep, progression, and spotting at every step.
Skills are introduced only when each student is ready, building confidence and safety in equal measure, from the very first cartwheel through to advanced partner sequences.
“My son absolutely loves acro. He's built so much strength and confidence. The teachers make it fun but always keep safety front and centre. He's come so far in just one year.”
Zest Dance parent, Kenilworth
